Seminar Outline:

Open your package and familiarize yourself with the contents. We will explain the AS 9100 Rev. B/2004 vs. the ISO 9001-2000 standards and the difference between them. In addition we will discuss various aerospace standard requirements which are part of the AS 9100 Rev B. standard requirements. (30 minutes).

We will explain each item contained in your complete self-implement Quality System Package, and you will learn step-by-step how to implement each item and customize your manuals. We will review all forms and log books and develop a Functional Organization-Process Chart together. (3 hours)

Learn how to perform meaningful internal audits and explain the three certification options.

Putting it all together, Question and Answers (30 minutes or longer if needed to answer your questions.)
